ABOUT GLACR We are looking for a sharp, efficiency-driven Video Editor to join the GLACR creative team. We don’t just make "videos", we create high-performance Direct Response ads that convert. You will work directly with our Creative Strategist to turn raw footage and briefs into scroll-stopping ads for TikTok and Meta.
*THE ROLE & WORKFLOW:*
We value volume and speed, but not at the expense of organization. You will be provided with raw footage (influencer content, product shots) and clear briefs. Your job is to assemble them into winning creatives.
*YOUR WEEKLY OUTPUT:*
We operate on a structured system to keep things efficient. You are NOT building 30 videos from scratch.
- 3 Batches per week.
- 3 Concepts per batch (9 unique core edits total).
- 3–4 Variations per concept (Swapping the "Hook," changing the visual angle, or text overlays).
Total Output: ~30 Ad deliverables per week.
*WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR*
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of video editing experience.
- Platform Native: You live and breathe TikTok/Reels. You understand the trends, the pacing, and the "native" feel.
- CapCut Expert: You are extremely fast and proficient in CapCut.
- Direct Response Mindset: You understand Hooks, Retention, and CTAs. You know that the first 3 seconds are the most important part of the video.
- Language: Capable of editing assets in both English and Swedish (we provide the translations, you handle the timing and placement).
- Communication: You are clear and proactive. If a deadline is at risk or a file is missing, you let us know immediately.
*REQUIREMENTS*
- Ability to follow detailed creative briefs.
- Highly organized file management (handling 30 exports a week requires structure).
- Fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
