The Role: We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day guest communications and operations. Because our systems are already in place, prior experience with Guesty is non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all guest communications via Guesty (inquiries, check-in instructions, troubleshooting, and reviews).
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules.
Monitor pricing and occupancy rates.
Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
General administrative tasks to support property operations.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE: Proven experience using Guesty. Please do not apply if you have not used this specific software.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work [48] hours per week.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a backup power source.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with Guesty Expertise is a huge bonus
Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, and
Compensation: $1000-$1200 per month
Salary is competitive and based on your level of experience and skill set.
