JOB OVERVIEW

We run an AI-driven cold email marketing agency working directly with clients and white-label partners. We’re looking for a highly organised, client-facing operator to manage day-to-day communications, campaign oversight, and coordination with our data and infrastructure teams.

This role is process-led, systems-driven, and client-facing.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily correspondence with clients and white-label partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for queries
- Monitor AI-driven campaign performance and flag issues early
- Ensure campaigns and bots have accurate, sufficient data inputs
- Coordinate with the data team to resolve gaps or anomalies
- Deliver structured, scheduled performance reports
- Manage a smooth and consistent onboarding experience for new clients
- Maintain clean, up-to-date client records

Requirements:

- Experience in a client success, account management, or ops role
- Comfortable working with automated and AI-driven systems
- Strong written English and professional communication skills
- Able to manage 20-25 client accounts simultaneously
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

Nice to have:

- Experience in a marketing agency or SaaS environment
- Familiarity with cold email, lead generation, or outreach
- Experience working with partner or white-label models

Working conditions:

- Full-time (40 hours/week) US EST Hours
- Pay: $250/week
