The Mission
Encode quality as software.
You'll build automated validation systems that catch problems before humans ever see them—quality gates that protect our pipelines and ensure we ship good output, every time.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain rule-based validation systems
Create regression detection to catch quality degradation
Implement pipeline quality gates that block bad outputs
Design configurable validation rules for different use cases
Generate detailed pass/fail reports with actionable reasons
Continuously improve test coverage and validation logic

What We're Looking For
2+ years of QA automation or software testing experience
Strong experience building automated test frameworks
Understanding of data validation and quality metrics
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates
Proficiency in Python
Ability to translate quality requirements into code

Bonus Points:
Experience validating AI/ML outputs
Background in data quality or data validation
You've built validation systems for content or creative assets
Experience with property-based testing or fuzzing

Monthly Salary: $2,000/month
