JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative specialist to lead our social media activity across multiple brands.
Must be good with design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva), with an enthusiastic understanding of marketing fundamentals (competitive research, brand positioning, value proposition etc…), and the ability to bring it all together to make engaging social media campaigns (strategy, storytelling).

This role will be an interesting mix of research, strategy, design, analysis, and interaction across all social media accounts.
We are looking for an active social media user that can spot relevant content trends and use these insights to create engaging content for our brands/channels.

Responsibilities:
-Plan, generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
-Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
-Ensure that all published content is consistent with the brand image and positioning
-Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
-Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

Requirements:
-Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
-Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
-Experience working in the finance sector is a huge advantage
-Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
-Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
-Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability. (If you’ve read this far, include the word “pineapple” in your application—we like to work with people who pay attention to detail)
-Fluency in English.
