Looking for a skilled Video Editor to help us create high-performing Meta ad creatives for testing and scaling products. You will be creating short form and semi long form video ad creatives for a variety of products. You will create and edit UGC-style Meta ads that feel native, emotional, and scroll-stoppin, edit longer VSL-style ads that educate, build trust, and convert, add captions, b-roll, jump cuts, zooms, sound effects, and pacing optimized for Meta, use AI tools when helpful (AI voiceovers, image/video generation, enhancements, etc.), follow provided scripts and ad briefs exactly while improving flow and engagement, create multiple variations of the same ad for testing.
Requierments : Proven experience editing Meta/Facebook ads (not just TikTok content)
Strong understanding of UGC ad styles, Hooks, pacing, retention, Emotional storytelling and direct response
Experience editing both Short-form ads AND Longer educational/VSL ads
Proficient in tools like: CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and output
Fast turnaround and open to feedback and iterations
Nice to Have (But Not Required) :
Experience working with e-commerce brands
Ability to suggest creative improvements, hooks, or visual angles
