We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support company leadership and contribute to the long-term growth of our organization. This role is intended for individuals who are mission-driven, proactive, and invested in building a career—not simply working a standard 9–5 position.
The selected candidate will initially start as an Executive Assistant. As the company continues to restructure and expand, this role will transition into a permanent position with clearly defined responsibilities, based on performance and organizational needs.

Role Expectations
Support executive leadership with administrative and operational tasks
Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and strong communication
Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the company grows
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability
Schedule & Availability
Primary Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
On-Call Requirement:
The Executive Assistant must be available on call as business needs arise, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
This role requires flexibility and responsiveness beyond standard business hours.
Compensation
Pay: $1,500 per month
Payment Schedule: Biweekly
Start Date: Immediate upon hire
