Salary $400 (Guaranteed)
Bonus: Performance Bonuses available for hitting daily targets. - Double your base salary.
Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST (7 Days/Week)

We are looking for a hard worker who wants a stable, full-time income with the chance to earn extra money by hitting KPIs. This requires coverage 7 Days a Week, 12 Hours a Day to respond to incoming dm's and as many outbound as you need to hit daily KPI. EST: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM PH Time: Approx 11:00 PM – 11:00 AM (Graveyard Shift)

About The Role
I am a Fitness Influencer with a flooded inbox. I need a dedicated, fast-paced Setter to manage my DMs. Your job is simple: Get qualified leads booked onto my calendar.

I am looking for someone who is aggressive, disciplined, and wants to secure a long-term position.

???? The Pay Structure
Guaranteed Base: You get paid your salary on time, every time.

Target Bonus: The goal is 5 Booked Appointments Per Day. If you hit this target consistently, you trigger performance bonuses. We reward those who work hard and get results.

?? The Job (No Exceptions)
Lightning Speed: You must respond to new DMs within 2 MINUTES.

Inbound & Outbound: You aren't just replying. You are engaging with story viewers, likers, and commenters.

The Grind: This is a high-volume role. You need to be on your phone/computer, active, and hunting for leads the entire shift.

Perfect Written English: You must sound like a native American speaker.

Reliability: You must have backup internet and power. "Brownouts" are not an excuse for missing the 2-minute response time.

Aggressive Follow-Up: You are not an order taker. You are a setter. You follow up until they book or say no.

Thick Skin: You will hear "no" often. You need to keep pushing.
