We’re a fast-scaling e-commerce company looking for an experienced hiring operator who can own people operations end-to-end — from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, systems, and performance structure.
This is not a recruiter-only role.
This is for someone who understands how e-commerce teams actually work, the roles involved, and how to build repeatable hiring systems that scale. We wont teach you how to do you need to do the job and tell us how need to be done.
You’ll work directly with the founder and become the single point of ownership for hiring, onboarding, and people systems.

???? Responsibilities
1?? Hiring & Recruitment (End-to-End Ownership)
• Source, screen, interview, and hire for e-commerce roles, including:
• Creative Strategists
• Media Buyers (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• UGC Creators & Editors
• Copywriters
• Shopify Developers
• Operations Managers
• Customer Support
• VA / Executive Assistants
• Create role-specific:
• Job posts
• Screening questions
• Interview frameworks
• Skill tests / trial tasks
• Run structured interviews and present final shortlists with clear hiring recommendations.

2?? Onboarding & Systems Creation
• Build a repeatable onboarding system for every role:
• Day 1–7 onboarding plans
• SOP libraries
• Role expectations & KPIs
• Access management (Slack, ClickUp, Drive, etc.)
• Ensure every hire knows:
• What success looks like
• What they are accountable for
• How performance is measured

3?? People Operations & Team Structure
• Design and maintain:
• Org charts
• Role clarity & ownership
• Reporting structures
• Implement:
• Performance tracking systems
• Weekly/monthly KPI reviews
• Probation & evaluation frameworks
• Assist with:
• Team restructuring
• Replacements & scaling plans

4?? Founder Support (Strategic Level)
• Act as a people & hiring advisor to the founder
• Help identify:
• Hiring gaps
• Bottlenecks
• Overlaps in roles
• Recommend when to hire, replace, or restructure

? Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• 3+ years experience hiring for e-commerce businesses
• Deep understanding of e-commerce roles & workflows
• Proven experience:
• Interviewing candidates
• Running hiring pipelines
• Building onboarding systems
• Strong English communication (written & spoken)
• Extremely organized and systems-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
• Experience hiring remote teams

• Experience with 8-figure+ e-commerce brands
• Experience using:
• ClickUp / Notion
• Slack

• Background in operations or project management
