30 hours per week
Monday to Saturday (5 hours per day)

This is a dating app assistant role.

I am deliberately looking for a small number of high-quality applicants with relevant experience.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Managing dating app conversations (replying, screening, organising chats)

Maintaining natural, engaging conversation flow

Following clear instructions and messaging guidelines

Flagging high-quality matches and conversations

Massive bonus (not required):

Experience managing someone else’s dating apps in the past

Ability to suggest other dating apps or platforms you have experience with that may be relevant

This is active conversational work, not admin or VA busywork.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Female only

Proven experience using dating apps (e.g. Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, or similar)

Strong written English

Comfortable chatting naturally and confidently

Reliable, consistent, detail-oriented

Able to work hours overlapping US Eastern Time

Stable internet connection

Schedule

Monday to Saturday

5 hours per day
