About the Role
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a small team—not just do one-off projects. You'll learn our brand style, work closely with our team, and have the chance to increase your rate as you prove yourself.
Note: This role is primarily focused on InDesign work, but you will also be called upon to support other areas of the business when projects are slow or when the team needs help.
Primary Responsibilities – Adobe InDesign Design Work (Digital and Print Products)
Additional Responsibilities – As Needed
Social Media Support:
-Create social media graphics and posts for Instagram,
-Schedule posts using tools
-Assist with promotional graphics for product launches
Graphic Design Team Support:
-Assist other graphic designers on the team with overflow work
-Help with file organization, formatting, and quality checks
-Convert or resize designs for different platforms or print specifications
General Creative Tasks:
-Create mockups for product listings
-Design promotional materials (banners, flyers,
-Assist with product listings and thumbnails
-Other design-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
Must Have:
-Expert-level Adobe InDesign skills (this is NON-negotiable)
-Experience creating multi-page documents
-Knowledge of hyperlinking
-Ability to create print-ready PDFs and digital interactive PDFs
-Strong attention to detail and clean, professional design aesthetic
-Reliable internet and computer setup
-Flexible and willing to take on tasks outside of InDesign work
Nice to Have:
-Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
-Familiarity with Canva (for simpler edits)
-Understanding of what sells
-Social media design experience
-Experience with mockup creation
