Real Estate | Distressed Seller Focus
We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to help us build, manage, and continuously improve our sales funnels, follow-up automations, and appointment calendar systems for a growing real estate sales team. Our business works with motivated and distressed sellers, and speed, organization, and follow-through are critical. This role exists to make sure no lead is missed, no appointment is forgotten, and every opportunity is handled with clarity and consistency.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining end-to-end funnels in GoHighLevel, including landing pages, forms, surveys, and booking flows. These funnels will support multiple seller paths, including distressed situations such as probate, pre-foreclosure, divorce, inherited properties, cash-offer requests, and traditional listings. Your goal is to create simple, high-converting systems that move sellers from first contact to a real conversation as quickly as possible.
You will also own the follow-up and automation strategy. This includes building multi-touch sequences using SMS,
A critical part of this role is appointment and calendar management for our sales team. You will build and manage GoHighLevel calendars, including round-robin and individual rep calendars, and ensure they stay accurate and up to date at all times. This includes syncing availability, blocking off unavailable time, preventing double bookings, and creating automation for confirmations, reminders, no-shows, cancellations, and re-booking. You will actively monitor calendar activity to identify gaps, recover missed opportunities, and ensure every lead has a clear next step.
You will also help structure and maintain our CRM pipelines, tagging systems, and lead routing rules so that sales reps always know who to contact, when to follow up, and what stage each lead is in. Alerts, task creation, and pipeline movement should happen automatically whenever possible, reducing friction for the sales team and increasing accountability.
The ideal candidate has strong, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, understands how sales teams actually operate, and is detail-oriented to the point that missed appointments and broken workflows feel unacceptable. Experience in real estate—especially working with motivated or distressed sellers—is a major plus, but more important is your ability to build systems that convert attention into action.
This role may be project-based or an ongoing retainer, is fully remote, and requires consistent communication and responsiveness. Success will be measured by appointment volume, show rate, reduced no-shows, faster speed-to-lead, and ultimately, fewer missed opportunities across the sales team.
To apply, please share examples of GoHighLevel funnels, automations, or calendar systems you’ve built, along with a brief explanation of how you prevent missed appointments and recover no-shows. Experience supporting real estate or high-volume sales teams is strongly preferred.
