Head of Customer Support (E-commerce)

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand with a strong focus on customer experience.
Customer support is a key part of our brand, retention and reviews, and we are looking for a Head of Customer Support who can fully own and scale this function.
Your Role
As Head of Customer Support, you are responsible for how we communicate with customers and how support is organized.
Every morning you will answer all open requests from the day before and during the day any incoming requests.
We want you to take the time to understand the customers issue and come with a suitable solution for each different problem. Almost all of our customer issues will be handled in the Dutch language, ofcourse translated from English.
Considering our customers are based in Europe most of the requests will be between 09:00 CET - 17:00 CET so availability should be during those hours.
You will:
Set up and optimize workflows in Gorgias
Work with automation tools such as CommSlayer
Define tone of voice and response quality
Spot recurring issues and feed insights back to the team
You will manage and guide:
Automation and macro setup
Escalation handling and exception cases
You Are a Good Fit If You:
Have experience in e-commerce customer support for more than 3 years
Have hands-on experience with Gorgias
Have experience with or strong interest in CommSlayer / automation
Can build and manage workflows and teams
Are structured, calm and solution-oriented
Communicate clearly in English
