We are an international yachting and marine tourism B2B publication seeking a remote-based Client Service Manager.
As Client Service Manager (CSM), you are responsible for the end-to-end project management of all sold products and campaigns. You act as one of the main points of contact for clients while coordinating closely with internal teams including Sales, Editorial, Design, Intelligence, Social Media, and Finance.
You ensure that every booking is delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standard, across newsletters, print publications, website advertising, social media, premium listings, and more.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of all sold advertising and content products across digital, print, social media, and premium listings
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and smooth campaign execution, while working closely with our current Client Service Manager
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Editorial, Design, Intelligence, Social Media, Tech, and Finance teams
- Request, track, review, and approve client content, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications
- Set up and manage campaigns in internal systems (Notion, SYA, Google Ad Manager, Mailchimp)
- Oversee print advertising workflows, including artwork collection, flat plan checks, and printer coordination
- Schedule and manage newsletter placements, social media posts, website banners, and special features
- Monitor live campaigns, perform quality checks, and handle last-minute changes
- Prepare and deliver campaign statistics and client reports
- Maintain accurate booking records and support internal planning through weekly and quarterly checks

- Slack, Gmail, Google Drive
What we are looking for:
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable working with deadlines and cross-functional teams
- Experience in media, advertising, publishing, or digital marketing is a strong plus
