INFLUENCER + UGC CREATOR MANAGER (FULL OUTPUT / ENGINE BUILDER)
RATE: $1,000/month (hours flexible, output-driven) (Rate negotiable depending upon experience and commitment)
ABOUT THE ROLE
WKR is a premium gymwear/streetwear brand built for disciplined, high-performance people. We’re hiring a full-output Influencer + UGC Creator Manager to build and operate our creator acquisition engine.
This role is not “just finding creators.”
This role is building a repeatable system that consistently brings in:
influencers who drive sales through affiliate codes
UGC creators who produce high-volume content that converts
We want someone who has done this before — ideally someone who has worked with other brands and has their own outreach + tracking systems that they can bring into WKR.
MONTHLY OUTPUT EXPECTATIONS
You will be expected to consistently produce:
15–30 influencers onboarded per month
40–60 UGC creators onboarded per month
100+ new creator conversations started per month
Packages shipped + delivered and orders tracked cleanly inside an influencer spreadsheet
Deliverables tracked, followed up on, and completed without slipping
This role is measured on outcomes.

CREATOR TIERS (HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS)
Tier 1 — Influencers
Influencers receive:
a 10% discount code for their audience
a certain amount of goods delivered upon signing
additional goods delivered as they continue to work with us
They earn:
10% commission on sales driven through their code
Tier 2 — UGC Creators
UGC creators are paid creators producing content in volume.
They earn:
10% of the purchase conversion value they drive
(we will provide scripting + structure for this tier)
THE PIPELINE (YOU WILL RUN THIS DAILY)
Scout high-quality influencers + UGC creators on IG and TikTok
Outreach at high volume (DMs + follow-ups)
Qualify creators for brand fit, professionalism, content quality, and audience alignment
Close creators on deals (affiliate / gifted / paid / hybrid)
Negotiate deliverables, rates, timelines, usage rights (if applicable)
Collect shipping info + sizing
Create orders + coordinate package shipment
Organize creators into a clean system (groupchats, status tracking, deliverable deadlines)
Track everything in the influencer spreadsheet (orders, shipments, codes, deliverables, results)
Ensure deliverables are completed (follow-ups, reminders, issue resolution)
Hand off creators + assets into our UGC/ad agency system
Keep the engine running continuously — weekly reporting + consistent inflow
TASKS
Scout + recruit influencers and UGC creators daily
Start and manage high-volume conversations (DM outreach + follow-ups)
Close creators into either the influencer program or UGC program
Handle negotiation conversations professionally (rates, deliverables, expectations, timelines)
Track packages, orders, and status updates in a clean influencer spreadsheet
Coordinate creator groupchats and manage moving pieces across multiple creators
Ensure deliverables are received on time
Coordinate contracts, usage rights, terms, and compliance
Maintain affiliate code tracking and performance monitoring
Work tightly with our team + ad agency handoff process
REQUIREMENTS
You must have:
Experience working with other brands (influencer/UGC programs preferred)
Strong English and the ability to communicate clearly with creators
Proficiency with WhatsApp, Slack, Instagram, Google Sheets
A highly organized mind — you keep track of moving pieces naturally
Comfort with outreach volume and consistent follow-ups
Confidence negotiating rates + deliverables (no fear of uncomfortable conversations)
Familiarity with affiliate tracking
Experience with influencer contracts, usage rights, and terms

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN 30 DAYS
By Day 30, you should have:
? Built or improved a clean tracking system (creator tracker + influencer spreadsheet)
? A repeatable scouting + outreach workflow you can run daily without reminders
? 100+ creator conversations started
? At least 8–12 influencers onboarded and actively posting / promoting
? At least 20–30 UGC creators onboarded and producing content
? Packages shipped, tracked, and delivered without missing details
? Contracts + terms + usage rights handled correctly and consistently
? A smooth handoff process into our UGC/ad agency system
? Weekly reporting that shows creator inflow, deliverables, and performance progress
This role succeeds when the creator pipeline becomes predictable.
