Role Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel expert to own and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise building, launching, and optimizing campaigns within GoHighLevel (GHL). You'll play a critical role in scaling our marketing efforts and contributing directly to company growth.
Essential Requirements
GoHighLevel Expertise (Non-Negotiable)
Extensive, demonstrable experience building and managing marketing campaigns within GoHighLevel
Proficiency with GHL workflows, triggers, automations, and pipeline management
Experience creating and optimizing funnels, landing pages, and forms in GHL
Strong understanding of GHL's CRM capabilities, tagging systems, and segmentation
Ability to set up and manage SMS and
Experience with GHL reporting, analytics, and A/B testing features
Skills & Qualifications
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Proven track record of planning, launching, and scaling successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing
Experience with lead nurturing sequences and drip campaigns that convert
Ability to develop compelling campaign themes, messaging frameworks, and value propositions
Analytics & Performance Optimization
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Proficiency interpreting campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, ROAS)
Experience running A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve performance
Ability to build dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable insights
Content & Copywriting
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive, on-brand messaging
Experience writing for multiple formats:
Understanding of tone, voice, and messaging consistency across touchpoints
Technical Proficiency
Experience integrating GoHighLevel with other platforms via native integrations or
Familiarity with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and attribution modeling
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and marketing automation tools
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for
Paid Advertising (Preferred)
Experience managing paid campaigns on
Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
Budget management and bid optimization experience

Responsibilities
Build, launch, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns within GoHighLevel
Develop automated workflows, sequences, and funnels to nurture leads and drive conversions
Write compelling copy for
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize based on data
Segment audiences and personalize messaging for maximum relevance and impact
Collaborate with leadership to align campaigns with business objectives and growth targets
Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, assets, and performance benchmarks
Stay up-to-date on GoHighLevel features and marketing best practices
