About Conserva Care
Conserva Care is a solar system service and maintenance technology platform that connects residential solar system owners with certified contractors for inspections, cleanings, repairs, warranty claims, and ongoing system health monitoring.
Our internal platform is built on Bubble and supports high-volume, image-heavy workflows, complex operational logic, and data-driven inspection reporting.
We operate across multiple U.S. states and are scaling rapidly. We are now looking for a Product Operations Manager to own execution and delivery.
Role Overview
This is an execution-first, Bubble-native Product Operations role.
You will not be responsible for high-level product vision or user discovery. Instead, your mission is to translate architectural direction into clear, actionable work for developers and ensure consistent, predictable delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
You will act as the operational backbone of our product development process.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Execution
Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task prioritization across multiple Bubble initiatives.
Break down high-level architectural designs into:
- clear tickets
- scoped backend workflows
- well-defined data model changes
-Ensure developers always have a full, prioritized queue of work
Developer Enablement
Serve as the primary point of contact for Bubble developers.
Remove blockers and ambiguity before work begins.
Ensure requirements are complete before development starts.
Coordinate closely with the Bubble Tech Lead on implementation details.
Cross-Project Coordination
Manage multiple parallel workstreams without losing velocity.
Track dependencies across features, refactors, and performance initiatives.
Ensure architectural guardrails are followed during execution.
Quality & Consistency
Enforce standards for:
- data modeling
- privacy rules
- backend workflow organization
- naming conventions and documentation
Validate that delivered work aligns with requirements before release.
Operational Rigor
Maintain sprint boards, documentation, and delivery timelines.
Provide clear status updates and risk visibility to leadership.
Identify execution bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
What This Role Is Not
Not a UX-heavy product discovery role.
Not a Figma-driven design role.
Not a junior or learning-on-the-job Bubble role.
Not a role that requires the CTO to micromanage tasks.
Required Experience & Skills (Non-Negotiable)
2–4+ years of hands-on Bubble experience in production environments.
Proven experience managing Bubble developers on live, scaling applications.
Deep understanding of:
- Bubble data structures & performance implications
- Backend workflows and workload unit (WU) optimization
- Privacy rules and access control
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
Strongly Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with:
- Xano or external APIs
- File handling / image-heavy applications
- No-code or low-code scaling challenges
- Field services platforms
- Marketplaces
- Operations-heavy products
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Developers operate with minimal day-to-day questions.
Sprints are predictable and consistently delivered.
CTO is no longer managing task-level execution.
Architectural initiatives are executed cleanly and on time.
Bubble performance and scalability work is actively progressing.
