JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to help produce and schedule short-form video content using AI tools.

This role follows a clear, repeatable system.
It is not a creative role.

Your responsibility is to execute instructions accurately, keep files organized, and maintain consistency across platforms.

If you enjoy structured workflows, clear expectations, and predictable tasks, this role will feel straightforward and calm.

Required Equipment & Setup

To apply, you must have:
• A personal computer or laptop (not shared)
• Stable high-speed internet
• Ability to upload, download, and manage video files
• A quiet, reliable working environment
• Google Chrome browser (required for our tools)

If you do not meet these requirements, this role will not be a good fit.

What You Will Be Doing

You will follow a documented step-by-step process for each video:
1. Receive video scripts from Google Drive
2. Upload scripts into HeyGen
3. Break scripts into clean sections when needed
4. Switch scenes or avatar zoom levels as instructed
5. Download the completed HeyGen video
6. Upload the video into Opus Clip using two specific workflows
7. Schedule content across multiple platforms using Opus
8. Upload all source files and finished videos into organized Google Drive folders

All steps will be shown through written SOPs and short Loom training videos.

Tools You Will Use
• Google Drive
• HeyGen
• Opus Clip
• Google Chrome

Experience with these tools is helpful but not required.
Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail matter more than speed.

Hours & Pay
• Part-time to start
• Hourly rate: $4–$6 USD/hour, depending on experience
• Opportunity for raises based on reliability, accuracy, and consistency
