We are looking for a high-agency Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who can take full ownership of our hiring pipeline and help us scale with speed and quality.
This is not a passive HR role.
This is an execution-heavy, ownership-driven role for someone who enjoys sourcing, organizing, and pushing hiring processes across the finish line.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. End-to-End Recruiting (Core Roles)
You will fully own hiring for high-volume roles such as:
Video Editors
Customer Support
Other operational and revenue-support roles
Your responsibilities include:
Actively sourcing candidates (not just posting jobs)
Managing candidates inside our ATS
Screening candidates for skill, communication, and culture fit
Coordinating interviews and tracking outcomes
Writing and refining job descriptions
Making sure nothing falls through the cracks
2. Strategic Talent Research (Senior / High-Impact Roles)
You will also support founders with targeted talent research, including:
Mapping competitor companies
Identifying high-performing individuals
Gathering background and context for founder-led outreach
Handling all information with strict confidentiality
You are not expected to close senior candidates yourself — but your research must be clean, accurate, and reliable.
3. Process & System Ownership
We want someone who improves systems, not just uses them.
This includes:
Identifying better sourcing channels
Improving ATS organization
Reducing time-to-hire
Flagging bottlenecks early
Keeping hiring moving fast and clean
You will act as the professional external face of the company to all candidates.
Tools You’ll Use
In-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
LinkedIn Recruiter (primary sourcing tool)
Research & scraping tools (we’re open to suggestions)
Slack & Google Workspace
Performance Metrics (Very Clear)
You will be measured on:
Quality of hire (performance + retention)
~20 successful Tier 1 hires per quarter
Support for ~3 senior placements per quarter
Reduced time-to-hire
Strong sourcing ? interview conversion rates

Comfortable sourcing candidates manually
Confident communicating with candidates professionally
Able to manage multiple roles at once without losing quality
Calm and reliable in a fast-paced, remote environment
Experience with US-based hiring is a plus, but not required if you are a strong recruiter.
Compensation & Growth
Base pay: $4,000–$6,000 USD / month (depending on experience)
Performance bonuses tied to quality and retention of hires
