About Us

We are a payment processing consulting agency that manages and outsources payment operations for online e-commerce businesses. Our work requires daily monitoring of bank accounts, payment processor settlements, and accurate reconciliation to maintain real-time cash flow visibility.

We are hiring a detail-obsessed VA with a strong accounting or bookkeeping background to support our daily payment operations.

What You’ll Do

Daily Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable):
-Log into multiple bank accounts daily and track balances and incoming settlements
-Log into multiple payment processor portals and review daily batch and settlement reports
-Reconcile payment processor batches against bank deposits
-Prepare a daily cash flow report showing:
-Bank balances
-Gross settlement amounts
-Net settlement amounts after fees, reserves, chargebacks, and adjustments
-Immediately flag missing, delayed, or incorrect settlements
-Track payout timing per payment processor and identify patterns
-Produce reports showing average settlement times for each processor

Required Skills

Hard Skills (Must Have):
-Accounting or bookkeeping experience
-Bank and transaction-level reconciliation
-Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
-High accuracy with numbers

Soft Skills:
-Extreme attention to detail
-Process-driven and consistent
-Comfortable handling confidential financial data
-Able to follow SOPs exactly

Preferred (Nice to Have)
-Experience with e-commerce businesses
-Familiarity with NMI, Adyen, or similar processors
- Prior fintech or payment operations experience
