Rite Care is a home healthcare and telehealth company serving patients in New Jersey and New York. We're growing, and we need someone to own one specific thing: making sure every new hire can actually log into everything on day one.
What you'll be doing
Creating and provisioning accounts for new staff across all of our platforms (EMR/EHR, scheduling, communication, time tracking, and more)
Coordinating with third-party IT vendors and software support teams to get accounts created, licenses assigned, and access issues resolved
Walking new hires through their first logins — MFA setup, password resets, browser and app installs — so they arrive at training ready to work, not stuck at a login screen
Screening job applicants for technical readiness: internet speed, computer specs, headset, backup power/connection, and quiet workspace
Handling ongoing access and login support for existing staff as issues come up
Keeping clean records of who has access to what, and removing access when someone leaves
What we're looking for
Prior experience with user account setup, IT helpdesk, or onboarding support
Comfortable being the person who follows up — a lot of this job is politely chasing a vendor until the account is actually created
Clear written and spoken English; you'll be walking non-technical people through technical steps
Patient and calm with people who aren't tech-savvy
Organized and detail-oriented — one missed account means a new hire sits idle on day one
Reliable high-speed internet, a working computer, headset, and a quiet place to work
Available during [YOUR HOURS, e.g. 9am–5pm EST]
Nice to have
Experience with healthcare software (EMR/EHR systems), or with tools like Connecteam, Airtable, or VoIP phone systems
Familiarity with HIPAA and handling access to systems containing patient information
Why this role
This starts as an onboarding and access role, but it will grow. For the right person, there's room to take on broader systems and operations responsibilities over time. We'd rather find someone we can invest in than fill a seat.
