Job Title: WordPress Email Delivery Specialist (Short-Term Contract)
Work Hours: Aligned to Australian time zone (GMT +10)

Role Overview:
Our WordPress website uses Gravity Forms to send email notifications. Recently, some emails have not been delivered, and the source of the problem is unknown. Gravity Forms logs confirm emails are being generated and sent, but they are not consistently received.

We are looking for a short-term specialist (approx. 1 week) to diagnose the issue, recommend fixes, and implement a reliable email delivery solution if necessary.

Responsibilities:
Investigate WordPress email delivery failures and delays
Review Gravity Forms logs, WordPress notifications, and server logs

Diagnose potential issues with:
WordPress email settings
Hosting server configuration
PHP mail function / email relay
DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Spam filters and blacklists
Recommend the most reliable solution to ensure email delivery
This could include configuring an SMTP plugin or integrating a paid transactional email service (e.g., Brevo, Mailgun, Postmark, SendGrid)
Test and verify email delivery
Provide a short report summarizing:
Root cause
Fixes applied
Recommendations for long-term email reliability

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong WordPress backend troubleshooting experience
Hands-on experience with Gravity Forms and email notifications
Familiarity with server email configurations and DNS records
Experience coordinating with hosting providers on email delivery issues
Ability to debug server and email logs
Clear documentation and communication skills

Nice to Have:
Prior experience integrating transactional email services
DevOps or system administration experience
Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
