About Us
Bullet Point Surveyors is the survey division of an active site and utility contractor based in Charleston,
South Carolina. We support heavy civil infrastructure projects, including water, sewer, storm drainage,
and roadway construction.
Our team performs construction staking and as-built (record) surveys, and we are seeking a highly
experienced CAD Technician with real-world experience working in a surveying or civil engineering
office—not entry-level drafting.
Position Overview
We are looking for a senior-level CAD technician who can independently take raw survey data and
produce clean, accurate, and professional as-built / record drawings that meet U.S. civil and surveying
standards.
Ideal Workflow (Important)
Our field crews collect survey data daily. Data is delivered at the end of our U.S. workday. You will
process and draft overnight (Philippines daytime hours), and we review completed drawings the next
morning.

• AutoCAD Civil 3D
Primary Responsibilities
• Convert raw survey data into accurate CAD drawings
• Draft as-built / record drawings for storm drainage, water, sewer, and roadway improvements
• Interpret survey point files, field notes, and construction plans
• Follow company CAD standards
• Deliver production-ready drawings daily
Required Experience & Qualifications
• Real experience in a surveying or civil engineering office
• Several years of CAD experience related to surveying or civil infrastructure
• Proven experience producing as-built / record drawings
• Strong understanding of survey fundamentals
Training & Schedule
Initial training period (approximately one month) during overlapping U.S. business hours, followed by
transition to standard Philippines daytime hours.
Compensation
$10/hour based on experience. Minimum 30 hours per week. Long-term opportunity for the right
candidate.
