We are a US-based company launching a dietary supplement brand on Amazon FBA, with planned expansion to Shopify and TikTok Shop. We are seeking a highly experienced Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant capable of managing the full operational scope of a product launch and ongoing account management in a structured, autonomous, and professional manner from day one.
This position is strictly for experienced professionals. It is not suitable for beginners, trainees, or candidates looking to learn on the job. Only applicants with real, hands-on, verifiable experience will be considered.
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, make operational decisions, execute tasks efficiently, anticipate issues, and provide clear and consistent reports. A results-driven, compliance-focused, and highly organized approach is required.
A minimum of two years of Amazon FBA experience is mandatory, with direct and demonstrable experience in dietary supplements. The candidate must have strong mastery of Amazon Seller Central, FBA logistics, shipment creation and troubleshooting, Amazon dietary supplement policies, and listing compliance. The candidate must be capable of creating listings from scratch, identifying and avoiding policy violations, detecting high-risk claims, managing inventory, forecasting restocks, and maintaining full account compliance.
Strong experience with Amazon PPC is mandatory. The candidate must have managed PPC campaigns directly, be able to structure campaigns correctly, optimize keywords and bids, analyze performance metrics including ACOS, ROAS, and conversion rates, and make data-driven adjustments. Clear and actionable performance reporting is required.
The role also includes managing product launches and ongoing optimization, including regular listing and advertising optimization, performance tracking, ranking and conversion monitoring, and coordination with logistics partners or manufacturers when required.
High versatility is expected. Experience with Shopify, including product setup and basic store management, TikTok Shop product listing and operational management, and basic social media support such as content publishing or creator coordination is a strong advantage. The candidate is not expected to be a designer or influencer but must understand the operational mechanics of these platforms.
The candidate must communicate professionally, provide clear written reports, explain actions taken and results achieved, identify improvement opportunities, and flag risks or issues proactively. Strong written English is required.
