We are a fast-growing Amazon brand with a structured internal team and clear systems. We already have a Product Research Specialist and a Listing SEO & CRO Specialist in place. We are now looking for an Amazon PPC Ad Specialist to fully own paid traffic, product launches, and ongoing campaign optimization.
This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone who understands launch velocity, ranking strategy, keyword intent, and profitability, not just lowering ACOS.
You will be responsible for managing Amazon PPC from day-one launches through scale, working closely with our internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Product Launch PPC
Build and execute full launch PPC structures
Auto campaigns for keyword harvesting
Manual Broad, Phrase, and Exact campaigns
Launch and manage ranking-focused campaigns
Identify high-intent keywords and prioritize them correctly
Allocate budgets strategically during launch (rank vs burn rate)
Align PPC strategy with listing SEO and conversion strategy
Ongoing PPC Optimization
Daily and weekly optimization of campaigns
Keyword harvesting and negative keyword implementation
Bid optimization based on conversion rate, CPC, and intent
Scale winning keywords and eliminate wasted spend
Manage Sponsored Products and expand into Sponsored Brands / Display when appropriate
Performance & Profitability
Monitor and optimize ACOS, TACOS, and ROAS
Understand when higher ACOS is acceptable (launch phase)
Control spend while maintaining or improving rank
Quickly diagnose and fix performance drops or CPC spikes
Reporting & Communication
Provide clear weekly PPC performance updates
Explain what is working, what is not, and what actions are being taken
Collaborate with the listing specialist and product research team
Proactively suggest testing and scaling opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
Required
Proven experience managing Amazon PPC for product launches
Strong understanding of keyword intent and ranking strategy
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Helium 10
Ability to manage multiple SKUs at the same time
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and consistent reporting
Nice to Have
Experience scaling products to $50k+ monthly revenue
Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display experience
Experience working with structured teams and SOPs
