JOB OVERVIEW

Office Manager
(Research, Writing, Systems & Operations — Mission-Driven Work)
I am seeking a high-caliber Office Manager to support complex, mission-driven work spanning education, policy, organizational development, and emerging initiatives.

This role is for an operator — someone who brings strong judgment, clear writing, and organizational discipline, and who enjoys turning complexity into clarity. This is not an administrative assistant role.
Position Details
Status: Full-time
Compensation: $900–$1,100 per month
Location: Remote
Start: Immediate
Core Responsibilities
Research & Writing (Primary)
- Conduct legal, policy, or regulatory research as needed
- Synthesize complex information into clear written materials
- Draft memos, summaries, briefs, and professional correspondence
- Write for board-facing, policy-education, and stakeholder contexts
- Incorporate feedback quickly and improve drafts over time

Office & Operations Management
- Bring structure to priorities, documents, and workflows
- Support fundamental financial organization and tracking
- Improve systems for follow-through and accountability
- Reduce friction so leadership can focus on high-value work
