We are hiring an experienced Virtual Assistant who understands the technical, performance side of paid social advertising and automation.
This is not a content posting role.
This is not a beginner position.
We will not provide training.
If you have not already managed retargeting, tracking, and attribution, please do not apply.
** ROLE OVERVIEW**
You will take full ownership of paid social advertising and retargeting across:
Meta
LinkedIn
You will be responsible for campaign setup, optimisation, tracking, and automation, ensuring that traffic,
audiences, and conversions are accurately measured and continuously improved.

Create, manage, and optimise Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns
Set up and manage retargeting funnels:
Website visitors
Engaged social users
Abandoned leads
Configure, test, and troubleshoot:
Meta Pixel
LinkedIn Insight Tag
Event tracking and conversions
Build and manage:
Custom Audiences
Lookalike Audiences
Run and monitor A/B testing (creative, audience, placements)
Implement UTM tracking and manage attribution
Use Google Tag Manager where required
Design high-standard ad creatives in Canva (professional quality only)
Schedule and automate campaigns using Meta Business Suite
Manage Mailchimp automations for warm lead nurturing
Produce weekly performance reports showing:
Spend
CTR
Traffic quality
Conversions
ROI indicators

Expert-level experience with Meta Ads Manager
Pixel setup
Conversion events
Campaign optimisation
Confident use of LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Insight Tag
Audience targeting
Proven experience with:
Retargeting funnels
Lookalike audience creation
Strong understanding of:
Conversion API
Tracking IDs
Attribution models
Automation experience using:
Mailchimp
Zapier or similar tools
Excellent written English and clear communication
