JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Video Specialist to lead the production of ultra-realistic, high-converting UGC ads for our e-commerce brands. Your primary responsibility will be leveraging Sora 2, Higgsfield, and Kling 2.6 to create "authentic" videos that eliminate the need for traditional content creators. You must be an expert in maintaining character consistency and reverse-engineering winning ad structures

Key Responsibilities

- Sora 2 Character Management: Generate and maintain consistent AI characters

- Motion & Face Animation: Utilize Kling 2.6 Motion Control to clone movements from reference videos and tools like Heygen Avatar IV, Higgsfield Speak, or Hedra AI for high-quality lip-syncing and facial animation.

- Product Placement Mastery: Ensure consistent brand presence by generating characters holding physical products directly in Sora 2 or using Higgsfield’s product placement modules to integrate items post-generation.

- Script & Creative Adaptation: Extract proven scripts from viral ads and rewrite them using AI to fit our specific products and target audiences while maintaining persuasive structures.

- Post-Production: Edit raw AI-generated clips into finalized, 1080p vertical ads optimized for TikTok and Reels, ensuring they feel "raw" and "unfiltered".
