We are hiring a Social Media Content Creator to support a structured, compliance-focused marketing operation.
This role is focused on content creation and preparation, not posting randomly, not engagement chasing, and not improvising brand voice.
You will work under a Marketing Operations Manager and follow clearly defined content rules, posting plans, and approval workflows.
???? REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
You must have working knowledge of:
Social media content planning
Facebook
Short-form video content (TikTok / Reels)
Basic YouTube content coordination
Writing clear, professional captions
Following brand tone and compliance rules

Run ads
Respond to DMs
Engage in comments
Build personal brands
???? CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
???? CONTENT CREATION
Create social media posts based on approved Content Buckets
Write captions using approved scripts and guidelines
Prepare short-form video drafts (TikTok / Reels)
Assist with YouTube video outlines when assigned
Ensure content is professional and compliant
???? CONTENT PLANNING & ORGANIZATION
Populate monthly posting plans
Upload drafts into correct folders
Label content correctly by market and platform
Update status in content trackers
???? VIDEO SUPPORT
Prepare video captions and scripts
Ensure videos follow approved talking points
Maintain consistent formatting and tone
No on-camera appearance required
???? WORKFLOW COMPLIANCE
Follow approval workflows strictly
Make revisions when requested
Coordinate with Marketing Manager
Meet deadlines consistently
