We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate our SEO and Social Media execution, manage
This role is execution-focused and operational, not theoretical. You will manage people, workflows, and systems — not experiment randomly.
You will supervise:
1 Part-Time SEO Specialist
1 Part-Time Social Media Content Creator
You will work closely with the business owner and be responsible for keeping marketing organized, compliant, and consistent across multiple locations.
???? REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
???? SEO (Working Knowledge Required)
You must understand:
On-page SEO fundamentals
Keyword intent (high-intent vs informational)
Local SEO concepts
Content optimization
SEO workflows using tools like SEMrush
How SEO content converts into phone calls, not just traffic
?? You are not required to build backlinks or perform deep technical SEO.
???? SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
You must understand:
Content planning and scheduling
Short-form video (TikTok / Reels)
Long-form video coordination (YouTube)
Platform-appropriate tone
Trust-based, compliance-friendly content
Content calendars and execution control

You must be able to:
Create and manage
Write educational and trust-based
Schedule campaigns
Perform basic list segmentation
Work with tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, or similar

You must be comfortable with:
Managing remote contractors
Task tracking and follow-ups

Oversee day-to-day marketing execution
Ensure work follows established SEO, social, and content rules
Keep marketing folders organized and current
Maintain separation between multiple markets/locations
???? 2. MANAGE THE SEO SPECIALIST
You will:
Assign SEO tasks based on approved page structures and keyword plans
Review SEO outlines and recommendations
Ensure SEO work targets high-intent lead generation
Prevent keyword stuffing and misleading claims
Coordinate SEO tasks with content creation
You will not:
Allow black-hat SEO
Allow unapproved experiments
Allow work outside defined systems

You will:
Enforce posting schedules
Ensure content follows approved content categories
Review captions, scripts, and video drafts
Ensure tone is professional and compliant
Coordinate TikTok, Instagram,
Prevent unapproved posting
You will not:
Allow posting without approval
Allow personal opinions or guarantees
Allow client discussions in comments or DMs
