JOB OVERVIEW

AI Demystified, a Finances Demystified company, is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Operations & Community Manager to lead the launch and scaling of our AI-related product offerings. This hybrid role combines creative design, strategic marketing operations, and community building to drive our webinar and content-driven revenue model.

As the Marketing Operations & Community Manager, you will be the driving force behind our marketing engine, responsible for creating compelling content that converts visitors into webinar attendees and ultimately, customers. You'll manage the entire marketing operations lifecycle—from content creation and design to webinar execution and community growth.

### Key Responsibilities

**Content Creation & Design (40%)**
- Develop engaging, on-brand visual content that drives interest and opt-ins for webinars
- Create marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Design paid advertising creative assets optimized for conversion
- Transform long-form content (webinars, blog posts, guides) into multiple pieces of content for various platforms
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
- Create content calendars that align with product launches and marketing campaigns

**Webinar Management (25%)**
- Coordinate and host webinars using Zoom, WebinarJam, and GoHighLevel
- Manage the webinar calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling for maximum attendance
- Prepare webinar materials, presentations, and follow-up sequences
- Monitor webinar performance metrics and optimize for conversion
- Coordinate with speakers and subject matter experts
- Handle technical aspects of webinar production and delivery

**Social Media & Content Distribution (20%)**
- Schedule and manage content across multiple social networks using Publer:
- LinkedIn (B2B focus)
- Instagram (visual storytelling)
- X/Twitter (real-time engagement)
- Substack (long-form content)
- Facebook (community building)
- Develop platform-specific content strategies
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies for maximum reach
- Respond to comments and messages to maintain active engagement
- A/B test content formats and posting times

**Community Management (10%)**
- Grow and nurture our AI-focused community across platforms
- Create relevant, on-brand content that resonates with AI enthusiasts and professionals
- Facilitate discussions and encourage active participation
- Identify community trends and opportunities for content creation
- Build relationships with community members and brand advocates
- Monitor community health metrics and engagement levels

**Paid Advertising & Performance (5%)**
- Design and implement paid advertising campaigns from a creative perspective
- Collaborate on ad copy and visual assets
- Monitor ad performance and provide creative insights for optimization
- Ensure brand consistency across all paid channels

### Success Metrics
- Webinar registration and attendance rates
- Social media engagement and follower growth
- Community growth and active participation
- Content conversion rates (views to opt-ins)
- Brand consistency scores
- Marketing campaign ROI

### Preferred Qualifications

- Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and content creation capabilities
- Experience with webinar platforms and live event production
- Proven track record of growing social media communities
- Experience with AI/tech industry marketing (preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of content marketing and lead generation funnels
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
