Executive Assistant (Remote | Philippines-Based)
Real Estate + Marketing Support | Growth-Oriented Role
About the Role
I’m looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Assistant who can function as a true extension of me, not just someone who completes tasks. This role supports two small but growing businesses:
A real estate team + A marketing/branding company
You will help streamline systems, organize information, manage communications, and keep our digital presence polished and up to date. As the businesses grow, this role will grow with it more responsibility, more trust, and more opportunity.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Executive & Administrative Support
Managing Google
Managing Google Calendar (appointments, meetings, reminders)
Recapping Zoo
Sending invoices and tracking payments
Following up with clients, vendors, and tea
Keeping tasks, deadlines, and priorities organized
Systems & Organization:
Organizing and maintaining Google Drive folders and files
Creating and improving systems to streamline workflows
Keeping SOPs, documents, and assets easy to find and updated
Helping manage operations across two businesses simultaneously
Real Estate & Marketing Support
Updating online platforms such as:
Zillow
KVCore
Wix websites
Other business directories or platforms
Ensuring bios, images, brand information, and links are accurate and current
Understanding and applying brand kits (logos, colors, tone)
Assisting with basic edits to company bios, descriptions, and profiles
Supporting marketing-related admin tasks as needed

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
Executive assistant or operations support experience
Familiarity with real estate (or willingness to learn quickly)
Experience with marketing support, brand assets, or online platforms
Comfortable sending invoices and handling admin finance tasks
Able to recap meetings clearly and accurately
Comfortable learning new tools and systems
Nice-to-Have (Not Required, but a Plus):
Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small teams
Familiarity with CRM systems
Website editing experience (especially Wix)
Basic understanding of social media or online branding
Work Details:
Remote (Philippines-based)
Part-time to start, with potential to grow into more hours
Flexible schedule with overlap during U.S. business hours
