Location: Remote (Philippines)
Work Hours: Wednesday–Friday
• 9:00am–4:00pm UK time
• 6.00pm–1:00am PH time
Hours: aprox 20 hours/week (long-term)

About Us

We are a fast-growing UK-based personalised gifts brand, specialising in baby gifts, children’s products, homeware, and seasonal items.
We sell across Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Shopify and produce daily raw content in our UK studio.

We are now expanding our content production and are looking for a fast, reliable, high-output Filipino Video Editor who can turn raw clips, still images, and pre-written hooks into large volumes of short-form content every week.

This role is about speed, consistency, and volume, while staying on-brand.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for producing high volumes of short-form videos using:

• Raw video clips (provided)
• Product photos (provided)
• Lifestyle images (provided)
• Existing hooks, captions, and structures (provided)
• Proven ad formats (provided)
Use of AI is permitted quality permitting

You will not be expected to film or script from scratch — your role is to execute efficiently and scale output.

This is ideal for an editor who enjoys batch editing, repeatable formats, and performance-driven content.

What You’ll Be Creating (Daily / Weekly)

• TikTok Shop product videos
• Instagram Reels
• Pinterest short videos
• Amazon Sponsored Brand Videos (SBV)
• Amazon listing videos
• UGC-style ads
• Product demo edits
• Lifestyle compilation videos
• Seasonal campaign variations

???? Expectations:
You should be comfortable producing dozens of videos per day and hundreds per week using templates and repeatable styles.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw clips into short-form videos (6–30 seconds)
• Create multiple variations from the same footage
• Add hooks, subtitles, text overlays, and basic transitions
• Turn still images into engaging video compilations
• Follow brand templates and visual guidelines
• Batch edit efficiently for volume output
• Optimise videos for TikTok performance and Amazon specs
• Export in correct formats, ratios, and resolutions
• Hit daily and weekly video targets consistently

Requirements

• Proven experience editing short-form videos (TikTok/Reels style)
• Comfortable working with high volumes of content
• Strong English comprehension (written instructions & hooks)
• Able to follow brand styles exactly
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar
• Reliable internet connection
• Able to work Monday–Thursday, 5pm–12am PH time

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with e-commerce or Amazon videos
• Understanding of TikTok hooks, retention, and trends
• Experience working with UK or US brands
• Basic graphic or thumbnail skills
