JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:

Our Texas-based CPA firm is on the hunt for a true master of the entire Zoho One suite. We’re not looking for someone who’s just familiar; we need an expert who excels in every Zoho application and can handle all aspects of our automation, integration, and client service needs.

What You’ll Do:

Full-Spectrum Zoho Expertise: You will be expected to demonstrate mastery of all Zoho applications—Zoho CRM, Books, Analytics, Flow, Projects, SalesIQ, Desk, Creator, Contracts, and more. Our goal is to have one specialist who can manage and optimize every facet of our Zoho ecosystem.

Lead-to-Client Journey Automation: Design and implement seamless automations from lead generation (using Zoho Forms and CRM) through contract automation (via Zoho Contracts) and billing (through Zoho Books). Ensure every step is automated and customized.

Advanced Reporting & Dashboards: Create advanced dashboards using Zoho Analytics for both internal and client-facing reporting. Provide clients with secure portals to communicate, upload documents, and view their data through Zoho Creator or other integrated apps.

Marketing Automation & SEO Tools: Set up and manage automation for marketing campaigns, social media postings, and utilize Zoho’s SEO features to support our growth strategy.

Meeting and Notification Automation: Automate reminders, email notifications, and internal task flows around meetings and project milestones using Zoho Flow and other workflow tools.

Complete Security & Client Interaction: Build secure client dashboards for password-protected access and document sharing. Ensure that our team can access client resources without compromising security.

Zoho One Ecosystem Challenge:
Describe a project where you implemented an end-to-end automated workflow using multiple Zoho applications. Specifically, outline how you integrated Zoho CRM, Books, and Contracts to automate the client onboarding and billing process. Detail any challenges you faced and how you resolved them.

Advanced Dashboard and Client Portal Scenario:
Provide an example of a secure client portal or dashboard you built using Zoho Creator or similar tools. Explain how you managed role-based access, secure document uploads, and client communication features.

Marketing and SEO Automation Task:
Explain how you have used Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Social to automate a firm's marketing activities. Include how you incorporated SEO tools within Zoho to enhance visibility and how you measured the success of these campaigns.

Zoho Flow and Complex Integration Scenario:
Describe a scenario where you used Zoho Flow or a similar workflow automation tool to integrate multiple third-party applications with Zoho. Explain how you managed data flows and ensured seamless synchronization across systems.

Zoho Projects or Zoho Desk Implementation:
Give an example of how you implemented Zoho Projects or Zoho Desk to manage internal tasks and client support. Include details on how you automated task assignments, tracked project progress, and streamlined client communications.

QuickBooks Online to Zoho Analytics Integration:
Have you previously integrated QuickBooks Online data into Zoho Analytics to update client dashboards? Please describe the process you used, any tools or connectors involved, and how you ensured the data remained accurate and timely for client reporting.
