Kodiak Scaling | Remote | Full-Time

Yooo — Happy New Year ????

I’m the owner of Kodiak Scaling, a growth partner agency that helps high-ticket offers and service businesses scale to $100k/month and beyond through funnels, VSLs, email, and paid traffic.

We currently have 4 full-stack clients and are actively onboarding more — but we can’t scale further without bringing on a dedicated killer copywriter to handle fulfillment.

This is not a one-off freelance role.
We’re looking for someone to lock in long-term, grow with the agency, and make real money together.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

You will be the main copywriter for our client accounts, writing:

VSLs (high-ticket, conversion-focused)

Funnel copy (opt-ins, sales pages, upsells, etc.)

Email flows & sequences (launch, nurture, follow-up)

Ad scripts (UGC-style, paid ads, short-form)

Instagram story sequences & social copy

You’ll work closely with our team, but your main job is to write great copy that converts.

Requirements (Read Carefully)

You must:

Speak and write fluent English

Have experience writing copy for high-ticket offers

Be reliable, hard-working, and deadline-oriented

Be open to feedback, learning, and improving

Want to work full-time inside a growing agency

Be willing to take ownership and help push the business forward

Bonus (not required):

Funnel-building experience

Understanding of paid ads & customer journeys

Compensation

$2,000 USD per month (base)

+ 10% of upfront payments when bringing on new clients

Full-time, long-term role

All tasks managed through Notion

SOPs, swipe files, and a VA provided — your only focus is copy

As the agency grows, there is room to earn more and take on more responsibility.
