About the Company:

Kodiak Scaling is a growing marketing agency that builds high-converting funnels, clean websites, and scalable backend systems for our clients. We value organization, creativity, ownership, and people who take pride in producing high-quality work.

We are looking for a long-term, full-time Virtual Assistant to join our team and help with funnel building, website design, automations, and internal organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Funnel & Website Building (Experience Needed)

Build and design marketing funnels (landing pages, opt-in pages, checkout pages, etc.)

Design and update using Go High Level, Perspective Funnels, Click Funnels

Improve page layout, structure, and visual clarity

Make sure funnels and websites look clean, modern, and professional

Backend Automations (SOPs & Training Provided)

Set up and manage automations using tools like Zapier and ----------

Connect funnels to CRMs, email, SMS, and internal systems such as Airtable

Maintain and improve existing automations

Troubleshoot basic automation issues

Graphic Design & Creative Tasks (Need Creativity & to be Orginized)

Create simple graphics for funnels, websites, and internal assets

Instagram story marketing design

Improve visual consistency across pages and documents

Format SOPs and internal documents so they are clean and easy to understand

Organization & Task Management

Organize files, funnels, and internal resources

Track and update task progress in Notion

Communicate clearly when tasks are completed or if there are blockers

Requirements (Please apply only if you meet the following):

Fluent in spoken and written English

Full-time availability (40 hrs/week)

Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized

Willing to learn new tools and systems

Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Experience

Funnel building experience is REQUIRED

Experience with automations (Zapier, ---------- , etc.) is a plus

Basic design skills are a plus

Marketing knowledge is a bonus

Salary & Position Details:

$1,000 USD per month
