Cottage Care Company is a growing home services and contracting company serving residential, commercial, and government projects across the U.S. We are expanding our digital presence and urgently looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager based in the Philippines who can edit photos and videos and actively grow our social media platforms.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who can start immediately. This is a fully remote role ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and understands how to boost engagement, followers, and brand awareness through high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow company social media platforms
* Create, edit, and publish engaging photos, reels, short-form videos, and graphics
* Plan and execute content calendars aligned with company goals
* Boost engagement, reach, and followers organically and through campaigns
* Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action
* Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions
* Analyze performance metrics and provide insights and improvement strategies
* Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates
* Collaborate with management to align branding and messaging
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools)
* Experience managing business or brand social media accounts
* Understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies
* Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
* Excellent communication skills and professionalism
* Preferred Skills
* Experience managing U.S.-based company accounts
* Paid ads experience
* Basic knowledge of branding and marketing strategy
* Experience in home services, construction, or local business marketing (plus but not required)
