JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
Our company is a remote platform located in the United States. We provide mental health counseling services via video and telephone. The working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 10 AM — 7 PM CST. We work with a broad demographic population that suffers from a wide range of mental illnesses. We are committed to making care accessible and impactful.

About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced, data-driven Advertising Strategist to join our team (40 hrs./week). You’ll develop, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns that amplify our mission and connect with those who need our services most.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and manage provider advertising profiles across multiple professional directories (Psychology Today, Mental Health Match, Zocdoc, Etc.)
• Align ad strategies with company vision, values, and target demographics
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights in weekly meetings
• Collaborate with leadership to develop effective communication and advertising strategies
• Stay up to date on advertising trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks
• Manage ad budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI
• Research and analyze competitors and industry trends to inform advertising tactics
• Test new ad formats, messaging, and targeting to improve results
• Gather and share relevant audience insights with the team
• Attend professional development opportunities and relevant industry events
• Demonstrate cultural awareness and the ability to connect with multicultural audiences
• Other related duties as needed

• Passion for mental health advocacy and advertising
• Fluent English and strong creative/analytical skills
• Deep understanding of U.S. culture and digital advertising platforms
• Proven experience managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
• Competency using artificial intelligence apps and tools
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
