This role is responsible for converting qualified leads into revenue-generating advertising accounts, nurturing long-term client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure and account activation.
Proactively prospect, follow up, and nurture leads through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
Convert prospects into active advertising accounts and ensure timely onboarding.
Maintain and grow client relationships to drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Present and sell digital advertising solutions, including website advertising and sponsored content.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, media plans, and client presentations.
Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM systems.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Represent the company professionally as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
Qualifications:
Sales Mindset & Attitude:
Strong interest in sales, business development, and performance-based roles; demonstrates a “can-do” attitude, resilience, and accountability.
Experience (Flexible):
Open to candidates with prior sales experience from any industry. Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply if they show strong motivation and willingness to learn.
Trainability & Coachability:

Revenue & Conversion Focus:
Ability or strong potential to qualify leads, handle objections, and close deals.
