We’re looking for a real advertising expert who can do more than run client accounts.
We need someone who:
maximizes ROI, not vanity metrics
knows what ad types and funnel structures work for different niches
gives clear insight on what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next
can guide creative direction (angles, offers, hooks), not just “launch campaigns”
What you’ll do
Build and optimize campaigns on Meta + Google (depending on niche)
Choose the right strategy per niche (lead gen for local services, etc.)
Set up and validate tracking (Pixel/CAPI, GA4, conversion events, offline conversions if needed)
Improve performance through testing:
creative tests (angles, hooks, formats)
offer tests (pricing, bundles, guarantees, promos)
landing page tests (structure, CTA, friction)
audience tests (broad vs interest vs lookalike, search intent, etc.)
Weekly reporting that actually means something:
what changed, why it changed, what we’re doing next
key numbers (CPA, ROAS, CVR, CPL quality, booking rate, CAC, LTV if available)
Niches we work with
Service businesses (construction/home services, real estate, beauty), local lead gen, and some ecommerce. You must adapt strategy by niche.
Must-have:
Proven results with actual ROI metrics (CPA/ROAS/CAC, not just “I got views”)
Strong understanding of full funnel:
ad ? landing page ? follow-up ? close
Comfortable recommending what ads to run:
lead forms vs landing pages, search vs PMAX, retargeting structure, etc.
Clear communicator (strategic + practical)
No shady tactics. Everything must be policy-compliant and brand-safe.
