About the Role

We are a growing UK-based serviced accommodation / rent-to-rent property business operating multiple properties, with plans to scale nationally.

We are looking for a high-quality, long-term Virtual Assistant with experience in the property sector to support daily operations and help grow the business through landlord outreach, guest communication, and reporting.

This is not a general VA role.
This is a focused, full-time position for one business only.

Key Responsibilities

Landlord Outreach & Property Support
• Research and contact direct landlords for rent-to-rent opportunities
• Send professional messages and follow up consistently
• Track landlord leads and responses in spreadsheets
• Qualify interested landlords and prepare summaries
• Maintain organised outreach records and reports

Guest Communication & Operations
• Respond to guest enquiries professionally and promptly
• Handle check-in, check-out, and mid-stay communication
• Escalate issues clearly and calmly when needed
• Coordinate with cleaners and log operational updates
• Maintain high service standards and professionalism

Marketing & Client Support
• Support outreach to contractors, corporate clients, and relocations
• Assist with direct booking enquiries
• Improve message templates and communication processes
• Help strengthen the brand’s professional image

Admin & Reporting
• Maintain accurate Google Sheets and trackers
• Prepare daily and weekly reports (leads, messages, issues)
• Follow SOPs carefully and consistently
• Suggest improvements when appropriate

Required Experience (Important)
• Previous experience in property, serviced accommodation, Airbnb, or short-term rentals
• Experience communicating with landlords and guests
• Strong written English and professional tone
• Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and rejection
• Highly organised and reliable
• Able to work independently without constant supervision

Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience with Guesty, Airbnb, ----------
• CRM or lead tracking experience
• Understanding of rent-to-rent models
• Operations or admin experience in property businesses
