JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description: Are you an e-commerce powerhouse who knows how to scale a brand? We are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to take the reins of our online store. We operate on both Shopify and Faire, and we need someone who can treat this business as their own.

This isn't just a data entry job; we are looking for a partner in growth. You will be responsible for the day-to-day health of the store, from sourcing winning products to ensuring every customer has a 5-star experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management: Researching and finding trending products to upload to Shopify and Faire.

Order Fulfillment: Processing orders efficiently through both platforms.

Team Leadership: Managing and overseeing our small team to ensure high performance.

Customer Relations: Handling all customer inquiries and messages with professionalism and care.

Growth: Identifying opportunities to increase sales and streamline operations.

Required Experience:

Proven Shopify Mastery: Deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem.

Faire Experience: Familiarity with the Faire wholesale marketplace is a must.

Product Sourcing: A proven track record of finding and uploading high-converting products.

Management: Experience leading others in a remote environment.

Compensation & Perks:
