POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Guest Communications Specialist to handle guest communications and support daily operations. In this role, you will ensure prompt and professional guest interactions, assist with reservations, manage the bookings, and provide 5 Star customer support to keep operations running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guest Communication & Service:
Handle daily guest & platform support communications via phone,
well as processing direct bookings and special reservations.
Customer Service:
Resolve basic guest issues, such as check-in instructions and amenity questions.
Monitor guest reviews and proactively addresses potential concerns.
Handle guest complaints, refunds, and escalations.
Meetings & Reporting: Assist in meetings, take notes, and organize action items to ensure effective follow-ups and project execution.
Reservation Board: Manage our PMS (OwnerRez &
Bookings: Process direct bookings and special reservations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years of property management short-term rental customer service.
2+ years in customer service roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, including phone etiquette.
Proficiency in tools such as
Ability to troubleshoot issues and ensure process efficiency.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high operational standards.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience. $200-$300/week based on performance.

Schedule:
Afternoon & Evening Shifts Available (EST)
6-day workweek.
Day off schedule to be discussed.
Must be available on weekends
