JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based dermatology practice looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Medical Scribe. You will support live clinic sessions by accurately documenting patient visits in our electronic medical record.

This role requires excellent English, very reliable internet, and comfort working during Pacific Time clinic hours.

Responsibilities:

Accurately scribe patient encounters in Modernizing Medicine (ModMed EMA)

Document histories, assessments, and plans based on provider direction

Use Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive for daily workflows

Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Communicate clearly and professionally during clinic hours

Required Qualifications:

Excellent written and spoken English

Stable, high-speed internet (required)

Prior medical scribing experience

Strong typing skills and attention to detail

Comfortable using Google Workspace

Able to work consistently during Pacific Time hours

Preferred (Strong Advantage):

Experience with Modernizing Medicine (ModMed EMA)

Dermatology or outpatient clinic experience
