We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who will support day-to-day operations and serve as the first line of technical support for our internal tools and workflows.
This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and resolving issues quickly to keep our systems running smoothly.
-Role Overview-
As our Operations & Tech Support VA, you will be the first point of contact when something breaks, doesn’t sync, or requires cleanup. Your focus will be on assisting with CRM data, troubleshooting common issues, and ensuring the accuracy and functionality of our systems across the tech stack.
While you don't need to be a software engineer, you must be comfortable working with systems, logic, and data, particularly within Salesforce.
-Primary Responsibilities-
Tier 1 Tech Support
Act as the first point of contact for system issues (CRM, phone systems,
Troubleshoot common issues independently before escalating them
Identify recurring issues and document solutions
Communicate clearly with internal tea
CRM & Systems Support
Provide daily support for Salesforce, including data cleanup, field updates, record corrections, and basic reporting
Assist with integrations and automations using Zapier
Support phone systems (CloudTalk, Dialpad)
Support
Assist with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs)
Data Management & Google Sheets
Clean, organize, and manipulate data in Google Sheets
Use advanced functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, filters, conditional formatting, and basic formulas) to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Prepare data for import/export between systems
Validate data accuracy and consistency
Documentation & Process Support
Follow and suggest improvements to existing SOPs
Document solutions to recurring issues and processes
Help maintain an up-to-date internal knowledge base
-Required Skills & Experience-
Must Have:
Strong experience with Google Sheets, including lookups, data cleanup, and logical thinking with formulas
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (critical for this role)
Experience with tools like Zapier, Mailchimp, CloudTalk or Dialpad, and Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Previous experience supporting a CRM
Experience in the real estate industry
Familiarity with automations or integrations
Basic understanding of databases or data relationships
