JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a superstar Virtual Assistant who thinks, moves, and executes like a true operator, not a task robot.
This role is not for people who need hand-holding. It is for someone who thrives on ownership, pace, and impact.

-Have 2+ years experience in marketing or working with marketing agencies

-Are confident pushing back when a request doesn’t make sense

What You’ll Do:

-Make edits and updates on WordPress websites
-Be responsible of selecting the most visually appealing and relevant stock images for webpages.
-Assist with website content, layout, and visual selection
-Handle ongoing client requests with judgment and prioritization
-Collaborate closely with a global marketing team
-Act as a problem-solver, not a task-taker

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

-Strong WordPress editing experience (minimum a year)
-Excellent written English
-Extremely sharp eye for visuals and layout (you will be responsible for ALL visual content that goes on the websites)
-Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
-Ability to manage requests, question poor direction, and propose better solutions
