Job Overview
We are a U.S.-based company supporting multiple commercial service businesses (construction, landscaping, exterior services, and automation).
Your job is simple and critical:
find qualified leads, start conversations, and book meetings for the founder and sales team.
This is NOT cold calling all day — this is organized outbound + inbound follow-up using modern tools.
What You Will Do
Research and build lead lists (property managers, builders, commercial clients)
Send outbound
Follow up with warm and cold leads
Qualify leads based on clear criteria
Book meetings directly on Calendly
Update CRM (Pipedrive) daily
Track outreach numbers and results
Required Skills
Strong written English (professional, clear, confident)
Comfortable sending outbound messages
Organized and consistent (daily activity matters)
Able to follow scripts and improve them
Comfortable using:
Google Sheets
CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
Calendly
Email
Nice to Have
SDR or lead generation experience
Experience with U.S. businesses
Familiarity with Apollo or similar lead tools
Schedule
Remote
20–40 hours per week
Must overlap at least 3 hours with U.S. Eastern Time
Compensation
$4–$6 USD per hour
Performance bonuses for booked meetings
Long-term growth into Senior SDR or AE support role
