JOB OVERVIEW

???? Virtual Assistant – NetSuite Expert (Real Estate Preferred)

Position: Virtual Assistant – NetSuite Accounting & Operations
Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Location: Remote
Schedule: U.S. business hours (some overlap required)

IMPORTANT: NETSUITE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
This role is NOT for beginners or basic data entry. You must be very proficient in NetSuite.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate brokerage and related companies using NetSuite as our core financial and operational system. We are looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant who can support accounting, reporting, and operational workflows directly inside NetSuite.

Experience with QuickBooks to NetSuite transitions, real estate businesses, or multi-entity accounting is a big plus.

REQUIRED NETSUITE SKILLS (YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THESE)

Core NetSuite Functions

* Create, edit, and manage vendors, customers, items, chart of accounts, classes, departments, and locations
* Enter and manage bills, bill payments, vendor credits, invoices, customer payments, deposits
* Create journal entries including accruals and reclasses

Reporting & Reconciliation

* Run and customize reports such as Profit & Loss by class/location, Balance Sheet, and transaction detail reports
* Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and clearing accounts
* Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies

Advanced / Operational Tasks

* Create and modify saved searches
* Work within multi-entity and subsidiary structures
* Assist with month-end close processes
* Perform expense categorization and cleanup
* Support audits and documentation requests
* Perform CSV imports and data cleanup
* Clearly communicate NetSuite issues, errors, and solutions

BONUS (NOT REQUIRED BUT HIGHLY VALUED)

* Experience with real estate brokerages, property management, mortgage, or title companies
* Familiarity with agent commissions, trust or escrow accounts, caps, splits, and referral income
* Prior experience supporting U.S. accounting teams
* Experience migrating data from QuickBooks to NetSuite

QUALIFICATIONS

* Proven NetSuite experience (details required)
* Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
* High attention to detail
* Reliable internet and quiet workspace
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
