Type: Part-time to start (growing into more)
What we do:
We are a small but growing product studio focused on building smart, efficient tools—mostly in the AI, automation, and software space. Right now, it’s just me (the founder), a sales guy, and one developer. This year, we’re expanding.
That means things are moving fast—and I need help keeping the chaos under control.
The Role
I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant who is more than just task-based. This role is about organization, prioritization, and shielding me from distractions so I can focus on strategy, product, and building.
If your superpower is turning mess into systems and keeping things moving without constant hand-holding, this will be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing tasks, to-dos, and follow-ups (aka: keeping things from falling through the cracks)
Light project management (tracking progress, deadlines, dependencies)
Organizing notes, ideas, docs, and “random thoughts that turn into real work”
Filtering messages, requests, and noise so only the important stuff reaches me
Scheduling, reminders, and general time protection
Helping document processes as we build them (so we don’t reinvent the wheel)
Occasionally handling research, prep work, or admin tasks
What I’m Looking For
Highly organized and naturally proactive
Comfortable working with founders/startups where things evolve quickly
Strong written English (clarity matters more than perfection)
Able to say: “Here’s what you should focus on today”
Tech-comfortable (Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Google Docs,
Can work independently without waiting for step-by-step instructions
Not afraid to push back or flag inefficiencies
What This Is Not
Not a call-center role
Not constant micromanagement
Not busywork for the sake of being busy
This role exists to remove friction, not add it.
Why This Is a Good Opportunity
You’ll work directly with the founder
You’ll have real influence on how the company operates
As we grows, this role can grow into operations lead, project manager, or chief-of-staff–style work
Long-term mindset preferred
