We are growing quickly and are looking for a driven, organized, and proactive Recruitment Program Coordinator to help us scale our agent recruitment and onboarding programs.
About the Role
As the Recruitment Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our agency by managing agent recruitment, onboarding, and early stage performance programs. This is a hands on, result focused role ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, working with people, and driving measurable outcomes.
You will manage high volume recruitment activities while also helping improve retention and training outcomes. This role works closely with company leadership and requires strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Weekly sync meetings with the CEO
Work via zoom daily
Daily communication and updates via Slack
Managing recruitment pipelines and tracking goals/KPIs
Coordinating hiring, onboarding, and training programs
Creating and improving recruitment and agent program processes
Supporting agents throughout their early onboarding period
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sales Support
Develop and execute effective hiring strategies
Manage agent recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring
Set and track monthly recruitment goals
Coordinate recruiting events (virtual and local)
Source candidates through multiple platforms (not limited to Indeed)
Conduct interviews and hiring decisions
Track recruitment metrics and report results
Onboarding & Training
Process onboarding paperwork accurately and efficiently
Coordinate and oversee onboarding for new agents
Organize and document agent programs and workflows
Support training programs for new and existing agents
Conduct regular check ins and performance follow-ups
Provide guidance and support to agents during onboarding
Performance Expectations
Maintain a minimum of 5 new recruits in weekly training
Maintain a minimum of 5 new recruits in bi-weekly pre-licensing programs
Successfully recruit candidates from diverse sourcing channels
Support strong retention within the first 90 days
Implement effective recruitment and sales strategies
Maintain consistent and accurate documentation
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR
Sales experience (required)
Experience managing people and programs
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proactive, self-starter mindset
Ability to work independently without micromanagement
Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a remote team
Communication & English Skills
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) are required
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with U.S.-based leadership and recruits
Nice-to-Have
Experience in recruiting or the insurance industry
Sales or marketing background
Energetic, positive, and engaging personality
